Staff doesn't know bank policies!!

I set up an account with my savings to transfer to checking and the lady didn't even bother to set it up correctly. They refused to revese the fee from there mistake. They told me it would cost me $10 per account to close before 30 days. After 30days I go back to close it and then they say "oh after 90days". Basically thier staff is incompetant and don't even know the banks policies. I would not recommend this bank to anyone that is looking for their money to be safe!!
