Bad Expreience - Unethical

I had even worst experience. I was very clear that any charges that not covered by insurance should be informed me first. The insurance that I have is metlife and it is for big corporation. For a matter of fact I wrote in the agreement when I signed off that I should be informed before they provide the service and every visit I was reminding them the same. Irrespective of that they charged me for the service that I don't need. I called them and explained that I am very upset about these charges. They did not even paid attention to it. When I called for my medical records they asked me to come over there just to insult me. The staff is very rude. If any one wants to go and pay for be treated like a rat, please go ahead.

Was very disappointed in service and quality of visit. Receptionist was rude and not very professional. Was shown a video on how to brush my teeth and charged $40 without asking my permission first. Of course, insurance denied these charges. Had to pay $80 out of own pocket for charges that got denied, and this was just for the first initial visit. Will not go back and would not recommend.
